Today's guide will show you how to disassemble and replace the drive belt and rollers of the variator on the Kymco People GT 300i scooter. First, place the scooter on the centre stand and start unscrewing the fixing screws of the transmission cover to remove it; then unscrew the nut of the fan and the clutch bell, removing the components as shown in the video. At this point, remove the belt and then the variator, replacing the rollers found inside; finally, reassemble the transmission and the cover!
