In this guide, we will see the steps that will allow us to disassemble and replace the rollers and the variator of the Kymco People GT 300i scooter. First of all, we put our scooter on the center stand and start unscrewing the fixing screws of the transmission cover, in order to remove it; then we unscrew the fan nut and the clutch bell nut, subsequently removing the transmission belt, as shown in the video. At this point, we remove the variator and the rollers that we find inside it, replacing them with the new ones; then we reassemble the transmission!
