Follow this guide to dismantle and replace the rollers and variator of the Kymco People GT 300i scooter. First, place your scooter on the centre stand and start unscrewing the screws securing the transmission cover to remove it; then unscrew the fan nut and the clutch bell nut, subsequently removing the drive belt as shown in the video. At this point, remove the variator and the rollers inside it, replacing them with new ones; then refit the transmission!
