To adjust the shock absorbers on the Kymco Agility, you will need to use the specific hook spanner provided at the time of purchase: this spanner should be inserted into the circular holes located at the bottom of the shock absorber, near the swingarm. Once the spanner is inserted, you can turn it clockwise to make the shock absorber stiffer; conversely, you can turn it anti-clockwise to make the shock absorber softer and thus increase its travel. After the correct adjustment, you can remove the spanner.
