Today's instructions will show you how to remove and replace the drive belt on the Kymco Downtown 300i scooter. First, place the scooter on the centre stand and start removing the transmission cover by unscrewing all the fixing screws on the sides; then unscrew the central nut of the fan and that of the clutch bell, subsequently removing the V-belt, as shown in the video. At this point, insert the new belt in the correct orientation, reassembling the transmission components and finally the side cover!
