To replace the transmission on the Kymco Xciting S 400i, you need to loosen the bolts that secure the transmission cover, which is located near the rear wheel on the left side of the bike. Once the cover has been removed, you will be able to identify the underlying components: you can loosen the central nuts that secure the clutch and the variator, allowing you to also remove the belt placed around them. At this point, you can insert the new replacement components, repositioning the belt around them and covering everything with the cover.
