The oil in the transmission of the Kymco Xciting S 400i can be replaced after the transmission has been removed. To do this, you will need to loosen the screws that secure the protective cover located near the rear wheel, on the left side of the motorcycle.

Once this has been removed, you can proceed by loosening the drain plug of the reservoir, which is located under the transmission cover. Once the oil has completely drained out, you can refill it by inserting the oil into the vent using a plunger.
