To replace the exhaust of the Kymco AK 550, you need to loosen the screws that secure the exhaust tip to its housing, located near the rear wheel on the right side of the bike. Once the securing screws are loosened, you can widen the ring that connects the exhaust to the appropriate collector.

This way, you can completely detach the old exhaust from its seat, allowing you to insert the new one: the latter must be secured with the appropriate screws, ensuring it functions correctly.
