How do you replace the exhaust pipe of the Kymco AK 550?

Model: Kymco Ak 550
Part: Exhaust muffler

Video tutorial

The replacement of the muffler installed on the Kymco AK 550 can be carried out by loosening the screws that fix the exhaust terminal to the appropriate supports, located near the rear fender on the right side. Once the screws of the supports are removed, it will be possible to widen the connecting clamp that joins the terminal to the exhaust manifold: in this way the old muffler can be removed and the new one can be inserted.

The new muffler can now be fixed in order to verify that everything works correctly and that it is securely fastened.
