How to replace the battery on the Lada Kalina

If we need to replace the battery on this car in do-it-yourself mode, we can follow the instructions given in this video and in the description below. First of all, open the bonnet, the battery is located on the right side of the compartment, first disconnect the negative terminal and then the positive one and with a socket spanner unscrew the fixing nuts of the metal plate located above the battery. Then lift the battery out of the engine compartment and take out the new one. Reposition the fixing plate over the battery, tighten the nuts again, then reconnect the positive and finally the negative terminal and the job will be completed.
