Replacing the Rear Badge on a Lancia

Heat the old badge, even with a hairdryer. Meanwhile, peel off the badge's adhesive using a plastic spatula or a flat screwdriver (always plastic, of course). If you use a steel spatula, take great care not to scratch the bodywork. This is a process to be done slowly, with plenty of patience, and gently. Now that the old badge is gone, clean the bodywork of any remaining glue, perhaps with a polish. Place masking tape around the mark left by the old badge and make marks on it with a marker or pencil to help you position the new badge straight.
