How do you reset the Service light on the Land Rover Discovery?

To completely reset the Service light of the Land Rover Discovery, it will be possible to turn on the dashboard by inserting the ignition key into the slot: before turning on the dashboard, you will need to keep the driver's door and the hood open. Once these two have been opened and the dashboard turned on, you can press the brake and accelerator pedals for about ten seconds; after this time, you can release the pedals and then turn off the dashboard. Turning it on again, you will notice that the light is gone.
