How to Replace the Accelerator Pedal on a Volkswagen Jetta?

This guide provides the information needed to remove and replace the accelerator pedal on the Volkswagen Jetta. First, open the driver's side door and start unscrewing the screws securing the accelerator pedal at the back; then disconnect the electrical connector of the pedal position sensor (potentiometer), as shown in the video. At this point, replace the accelerator pedal with the new one, securing it properly; then check its correct operation by resetting any engine fault light.
