How to replace the clutch pump on the Volkswagen Jetta?

Model: Volkswagen Jetta A4, MK 4 - Years 1998-2005

To replace the clutch pedal pump on the Volkswagen Jetta, remove the plastic cover of the dashboard located immediately under the steering column and behind the pedal assembly. This will allow access to the internal components: the clutch pedal pump is located behind the pedal. Pulling it forward, you can slide out the old pump after loosening the securing bolts and replace it with a new spare part. After the replacement, reinstall all the parts that were removed earlier.
