How to bleed the brakes of the Volkswagen Jetta MK4

In this video we see how to bleed the brakes of the Jetta MK4: we can see that air has entered the brake system, so we will need to remove the cap from below to bleed the air out, while an assistant from above continues to press the pedal at least three times; on the fourth time we will hear the air and liquid jet coming out of the cap; we will need to repeat this process several times, until the flow of the liquid is steady, without interruptions from bubbles or air hisses. Only then we will be sure that the bleeding has been done correctly. We recommend topping up the brake fluid after this operation, so that it always remains at the correct level.
