The instructions in this guide will show us how to disassemble and replace the rear brake pads of the Volkswagen Jetta. First, let's lift the vehicle and start removing the rear wheel; after releasing the electric handbrake piston via the computer, we will be able to unscrew the bolts securing the brake caliper, thus removing it from the disc. At this point, we will remove the old rear brake pads, cleaning the caliper of any residual dirt; then we will install the new brake pads, finally reassembling the caliper and the wheel!
