This is a relatively simple task that you can do yourself. You will need a P21/5W (12V) bulb with a BAY15d fitting. You can find a 2-piece kit on Amazon with code B0D844612N for £7.99, with free delivery for Prime customers. Open the tailgate and remove the plastic cover that hides the third brake light assembly. This cover is usually secured with clips. Once the cover is removed, you will see the light unit, which is fixed to the tailgate with two screws that you will need to remove. Pull the third brake light assembly out from the tailgate and replace the bulb, avoiding touching the glass with your fingers. Refit the light unit onto the tailgate, screw the fixing screws back in, reposition the plastic cover, and check that the brake light functions correctly.
