How to carry out the service on the LML Star 200 4t

The guide shows how to perform the inspection service on the LML Star 200 4t. After removing the left grille, you can first check the air filter; it is in the front of the engine compartment. After removing the sleeve and the four fixing screws, it is possible to disassemble the filter. On the right side, after having removed the grille, you will find the cap of the engine oil tank and the relative engine filters. The oil is purged and the mesh filter cleaned; replace the cap o-ring. Replace the oil filter and top up to the quantity indicated in the manual. Reassemble the air filter and grilles. The maintenance check is now complete.

When the bolts have been loosened both at the top and at the bottom, the shock absorber can be completely removed. Then it will be possible to insert the new one, so that it is fixed with its two screws at the bottom and at the top. After the piece has been fixed, it will be necessary to carry out the same operation on the other side as well, checking that everything works correctly.
