How do you disassemble the engine of the LML Star 125?

The disassembly of the LML Star 125 engine is done by loosening the screws that fix it to its housing, so that it is possible to disconnect all the connectors and intake and exhaust pipes: once the engine block has been removed, it will be possible to proceed by loosening the screws that fix the cylinder, removing it completely and identifying the underlying piston. The latter can be detached from its connecting rod and subsequently access to the engine compartment can be obtained, replacing all the necessary additional components; finally, everything can be reassembled, installing the engine again.

Replacing the pinion of the Beta RR 125

In this video tutorial we will see how to disassemble and replace the transmission pinion of the Beta RR 125 enduro bike, in simple and quick steps. First of all, let's unscrew the pinion cover screw, so that we can access it; then we unscrew the two pinion fixing screws, first loosening our chain (unscrewing the adjuster nut found on the rear swingarm), as shown in the video. At this point we replace the pinion with the new one, having the same toothing; then we reassemble our transmission, applying the reverse procedure!
