Mahindra Xuv700 - Video tutorial

Model: Mahindra Xuv700 MK 1 - Years 2021-2024
Operation: What car is the Mahindra Xuv 700

Mahindra Xuv 700 is the latest born of the Indian house. It came out in August 2021, but went unnoticed in Europe, because it was intended for the Indian market only, so much so that for the moment it is only produced with right-hand drive. It is an evolution of the Xuv 500 model, and mounts 7 seats - hence the name - but debuts with the new logo called "twin peaks" by the Chinese because it suggests two nearby mountains. It is equipped with a 200 HP 2.0 turbo petrol engine and a 150 and 180 HP 2.2 turbodiesel engine. With 6-speed gearboxes, both manual and automatic. From a digital point of view, it is equipped with a double 12" display with Amazon's voice assistant, Alexa, already integrated. For the moment, there are no electrified versions. An all-wheel drive version is available instead.

Handbrake adjustment on Ford Ecosport

First remove the plastic profile at the base of the gear lever. To do this, slightly widen the side edges and carefully lift it to release it. There is no need to remove it completely, just move it forward to avoid bother. Now remove the plastic center console around the handbrake by first working from the rear to release it and lifting it until the brake lever passes. Also in this case it is not necessary to remove it completely but, paying attention to the connected cables, it can be stowed in front of the passenger seat. At this point we notice that at the base of the handbrake lever, on the front, we find a nut. By acting on it, with a 10 wrench, we can adjust the brake force, increasing it by turning the nut clockwise, or decreasing it by turning it counterclockwise. Once adjusted, the center console can be repositioned first, pressing lightly to engage it, and then the profile of the gearbox base.
