In this video tutorial, we will see how to disassemble and replace the rollers of the variator on a Malaguti Madison 125. First, remove the screws from the right side cover and take it off: this gives access to the variator connected to the pulley via the belt. At this point, unscrew the central bolt with a socket spanner with an extension, blocking it from the rear by inserting a soft material tube: remove the belt and take off the washer and the variator, extracting the rollers as well. All that remains is to replace them with new ones and reassemble everything!
