Before proceeding to replace the rollers of the variator on a Malaguti Madison, ensure the scooter is stable and secure to guarantee a safer job. This is a precaution to take whenever performing maintenance on a scooter or car. Now, unscrew all the screws and bolts that secure the cover and casing of the transmission parts. Using the appropriate spanner, unscrew the bolt that secures the variator pulley, then extract the cylinder inside which you will find the rollers to be replaced. Reassemble everything in reverse order, following the steps shown in the images.
