Before starting the replacement of the variator rollers on a Malaguti Madison, ensure the scooter is stable and secure for working. At this point, proceed to remove the bodywork covering the area of interest. Next, using a simple screwdriver, remove the cover of the engine block. Now, using the appropriate tool, disassemble the variator components (as shown in the video) including the roller to be replaced. Replace the roller and reassemble it along with the other components following the same steps in reverse order.
