To install the rear headrests on a Maruti Vitara Brezza, first remove the rear seat and detach the seatbelt anchors. This is necessary to move the seat, which must be removed to install the headrests. Remove the upholstery and attach the clips to the metal frame so they can slide into place. The metal frame already has the "mounting points" where they should be positioned and secured. Then, reattach the padding, making sure to create holes of the correct size, and cover it with fabric so nothing is visible. Once you have reattached the seat, it will look as if the vehicle was designed with rear headrests from the start.
