To replace the shock absorbers on a Maruti Ertiga, lift the vehicle so you can remove the bolts securing the wheel corresponding to the shock absorber being replaced, completely removing it. Once the wheel is removed, unscrew the bolts securing the shock absorber at the bottom. To remove the bolt at the top, open the hood for access. After this bolt is removed, slide the old shock absorber out of its mount, install a new one, and reassemble all previously removed components.
