To remove the rear light on the Maserati Ghibli, open the boot lid so you can leverage an object to detach the plastic cover next to the corresponding light. Under this cover, there will be two screws that need to be loosened. Next, detach the internal panel in the boot near the light, locating the screw that secures the light unit from the inside. Once this screw is disconnected, you can extract the light unit from its housing by disconnecting the connector inside.
