How to reprogram the key of the Mazda 3

In this video we see how to reprogram keys and remotes for the Mazda 3; it is an operation that must be done on both keys in our possession. First, insert the first key into the ignition and turn it to the "ON" position. Leave it there for five seconds before removing it. We will do the same operation with the second key as well. If we have a new key, we must repeat the operation again. Now the new key is programmed, let's remove it and test it. In the same way, we can also do the same for the remote. There is a limit of three remotes for Mazda, so we cannot program more than three: open the driver's door, then using the unlock button, open and close the door, but leave it open. Put the key in the ignition to "on", wait two seconds then turn it off; repeat this a total of three times and leave the key in the OFF position. Close and open the driver's door three times. The vehicle's computer will unlock and lock the doors automatically, letting you know it is ready to program the remotes. Press each button on each remote, then remove the key from the ignition. You will hear the doors unlock and lock again, completing the process.
