Replace Rear Light Stop Lens with LED

Model: Mazda Rx 8 MK 1 - Years 2003-2012
Part: Accessory kit

To replace the lens, you only need a screwdriver and a ratchet spanner. To replace the lens, the entire light assembly must be removed. The screws are accessible under the soundproof cover in the boot near the light. After removing the two screws with the ratchet spanner, remove the light by first disconnecting the connector. Once the light is removed, take out the four screws to access the bulb holders. After removing the cover, carefully replace the lens, ensuring the polarity of the wires is correct. Refit the screws of the bulb holders and reposition the light assembly in its housing, reconnecting the relevant connector. Tighten the screws carefully. Perform a functionality test.

How to Remove the Front Shock Absorber on a Peugeot 406

How to remove the front shock absorber on a Peugeot 406? The first step is to lift the bonnet and secure it with the prop rod. Use a socket wrench to unscrew the shock absorber mounting bolts (engine bay), lift the car on a column lift and remove the front wheel. Unscrew the shock absorber mounting bolts at the wheel hub (detach the brake line clips with a screwdriver). Unscrew the bolts on the side, then remove the shock absorber from its housing (place a support under the bar). Compare the old part with the new one and prepare for installation. Fit the new shock absorber to the car, working in reverse order.
