How to reset the oil light on Mazda 3.

If the oil has been changed on a Mazda 3 but the warning light remains on, to reset it simply follow these simple instructions. Get into the car, close all doors, press and hold both the brake and accelerator pedals simultaneously, and turn on the instrument panel. Wait about twenty seconds, still holding both pedals down, until the oil warning light starts flashing. Turn off the panel and only then release the pedals. If everything has been done correctly, when turning the panel back on, the warning light should have turned off.
