How to install a Dash cam on a Mazda 6.

Model: Mazda 6 MK 3, GJ - Years 2012-2024

Let's see how to easily install a Dash cam on the Mazda 6. It is a plug & play installation, so it is very easy. Just remove the front plate on the windshield, then unscrew the two screws that hold the courtesy light and the sunglasses holder on the car's ceiling. Disconnect the electrical connectors, then use a plastic spatula to release the connector - already prepared for this use and hidden in this compartment. Insert the connector and put all the cables back in place. Now we can connect the Dash cam cable, which we have mounted on the central plate of the windshield, to the connection cable that we have connected inside the courtesy light compartment. Put the plate back on, reconnect all the cables, and put the courtesy light back in place. Tighten the two screws: job done. If we want this Dash cam, we can find it on the website fitcamx.com, searching for the product for our Mazda 6. It costs $168.00 plus shipping costs.
