How to Replace the Windscreen of a Citroën C4 Picasso

To replace the windscreen of a Citroën C4 Picasso, start by working from the engine compartment. Open the bonnet and remove the plastic covers at the base of the windscreen. Unscrew the fixings of the windscreen grille and remove it. Disconnect and remove the wiper arms by unscrewing the securing nuts and pulling them off the spindles with a puller if necessary. Remove any upper seals or trims. From the inside, remove the trim of the A-pillars to free the edges of the glass. Using a cutting wire or specific tool, cut the polyurethane seal that secures the windscreen around the entire perimeter and remove the glass with suction cups. Clean the seating area thoroughly, removing any adhesive residue. Apply primer and lay a new bead of polyurethane. Position the new windscreen accurately, press it evenly, and reassemble all the removed components, respecting the adhesive's drying times.
