Below are the main instructions for removing the entire engine block from the Citroen Berlingo 1.6 HDi. First, open the bonnet of the vehicle and begin by removing the front bumper, unscrewing all the securing screws. Proceed to remove the radiator and intercooler, taking off the front frame.

At this point, disconnect the coolant hoses and drain the engine oil while removing the engine mount. Disconnect the battery, then disconnect the gearbox from the engine block to remove it, following the video tutorial to the end!
