How to Replace the Timing Belt on the Citroen Berlingo 1.6 HDI

In this video tutorial, we will see how to replace the timing belt on the second series Citroen Berlingo, as well as on the Peugeot Boxer, with a 1.6 HDI 8-valve engine. First, lift the vehicle and remove the front right wheel and the wheel arch. Then remove the V-belt and lift the engine with a jack. At this point, unscrew the bolts of the engine mount to remove it; then remove the timing cover and take off the crankshaft pulley. Follow the disassembly and replacement steps for the belt, following the video to the end!
