How to Replace the Timing Belt on the Citroen Berlingo

Today, you will replace the timing belt on the Citroen Berlingo produced between 2008 and 2016 by following the steps shown in the video. Before starting the replacement, it is advisable to work with a completely cold engine and use the appropriate tools. Loosen the tensioner of the auxiliary belt to remove the belt from the pulleys using a 15 mm spanner and slide off the belt. Fit the new belt following the correct routing around the pulleys and adjust the tensioner using the same spanner. It is advisable to replace the tensioner, rollers, and water pump simultaneously with the belt; it is important to check the timing before starting the engine and use quality parts adhering to the manufacturer's specifications.
