How to Change the Engine Oil on a Citroën Berlingo

Today, you will learn how to change the engine oil and oil filter on a Citroën Berlingo. Open the front bonnet and using a flathead screwdriver, remove the screw on the air pipe clamp to take off the pipe and gain easier access to the oil filter housing. Using a socket wrench with an extension, unscrew the oil filter cover. Remove the filter, clean the housing, and insert the new filter. Lift the front of the vehicle and place a container under the oil sump. Open the nut that secures the sump and let the oil drain into the container; when the oil has finished draining, close the sump nut and lower the vehicle. Pour four litres of oil into the oil reservoir. Check that the oil level is at 2/4 of the reservoir and close the front bonnet. Get in the vehicle and proceed to reset the service light. Turn on the ignition and press the TRIP A button on the dashboard, then wait for the countdown to finish. Once the reset is complete, restart the dashboard.
