How do you replace the headlight bulb of the Mercedes M-Class?

In order to replace the headlight bulb of the Mercedes M-Class, you need to open the hood so that you can locate the internal part of the corresponding optical group: here you will find the circular protective panel that needs to be removed in order to identify the components inside. The corresponding bulb can then be disconnected from its connector and removed; the new bulb must be connected to this connector, so that it can then be inserted into the optical group, verifying that everything works.
