Today, let's go through the steps to lower the rear seatbacks of the Mercedes C-Class. First, open the trunk of the vehicle and pull the two plastic levers to fully lower the rear seatbacks; you can choose which seatbacks to lower by pulling just one lever (the two seatbacks are split), as shown in the video.

With the seatbacks down, you will significantly increase the cargo volume of the trunk; raise the seatbacks again until they click back into their original position.
