How to reset the service light on a Mercedes Vito W639

Model: Mercedes Vito W639, MK 2 - Years 2003-2013

In this video we can see how to reset the service light of a Mercedes Vito W639; turn on the ignition and press the menu button located on the left side of the steering wheel. Press the down arrow until the service LED appears on the display, Press the partial kilometer reset button for thirty seconds until a "beep" is heard. Press the "menu" button again; press the down arrow until "service due in xxx km" appears on the display. Press the up arrow and the "carry out" menu will appear on the display. Now press the up arrow button and the "oil types" menu will be displayed. Use the */- buttons on the right to select the oil type used and confirm with the up arrow button. Now press and hold the partial kilometer reset button again for three seconds. The "service confirmed" message will appear on the display. Press the up arrow again and the new maintenance interval will appear on the display.
