How to replace the battery of the key for the Mercedes S-Class W223

To replace the small button battery inside the key of your Mercedes S-Class W223 on your own, you need to follow the procedure described in the following guide. Before starting, make sure you have a new CR2032 battery available. At this point, remove the emergency key by pressing the button on the back of the cover and disassemble it. Remove the dust cap of the battery and replace it with the new one. Finally, reassemble the protective cover and insert the emergency key back inside.
