Today, replace the battery in the key fob for the Mercedes S-Class. Use a flathead screwdriver and a CR2032 battery for the replacement.

To replace the battery, press the button on the cover of the key fob to remove the emergency metal key. Insert the screwdriver into the top to remove the cover and the battery. Proceed with the replacement and close the cover.

Insert the emergency key back in and test the key fob by opening and closing the vehicle.
