The youtuber shows us a unfortunately common situation: playing with the "secret" menus of the onboard computer, and then causing disasters, losing a number of functions, like the car in the video. Messing around with the software made some modules of the car inactive, and returning to the factory configuration erased the functionality of some optional features, making the car appear to be a basic model, stripped of all accessories. If the Dealer did not want to help the youtuber, then the only solution is to turn to another Dealer: not authorized workshops or generic mechanics: Dealers are the only ones who have the necessary software, which, by going back to the "data card" of the car, through the VIN code, will retrieve the options with which the car was equipped and will be able to restore them properly. This is a job that requires several hours of work from a specialized technician, and it will cost a lot. It is recommended NOT to disconnect the battery, as it will not help; NOT to continue playing with the menu: things can only get worse; NOT to wait for the problem to resolve itself, as it will not.
