Let's see how to reset the service light on a Mercedes B-Class. Without pressing the brake, turn on the ignition: on the left side of the steering wheel we find the "back" button and the "ok" button in the center.

Hold them both down together for about a second: we should hear a "beep" and see the display change, showing the workshop menu. The system will show us which service is due at the moment and ask us to confirm that it has been done: we then select "yes" or "confirm". It may also ask us to select the quality of the oil used, then it will show us a success message on the type of "service confirmed". Press the "back" button repeatedly until you return to the standard dashboard screen.

Turn off the car and turn it back on. The light will have been turned off.
