Replacing the steering wheel controls of a Mercedes-Benz B-Class is a very simple operation. Start by disconnecting the battery terminals, first the negative and then the positive; the battery in the Mercedes B-Class is located under a panel in the passenger area.

Once the battery is disconnected, proceed to remove the steering wheel. Begin by taking out the caps on the sides, then move on to disassemble the central part and replace the electrical controls on it, as shown in the video.

Once the replacement is complete, you can reassemble everything and reconnect the battery.
