How to Remove the Spare Wheel Cover Panel on a Mercedes Class B

Few manufacturers still provide a spare wheel and the corresponding tool kit as standard (this is generally offered as an accessory) having replaced this equipment with a so-called inflation kit. In the second generation Mercedes Class B, the spare wheel is located in the boot, beneath the load area cover panel. Once the rear hatch is opened, grasp the chrome handle in the centre of the panel and lift it to access the spare wheel compartment, where a plastic case containing the jack and the wheel brace is located.
