Steering Wheel Removal on Mercedes B-Class

Model: Mercedes Classe B W246, MK 2 - Years 2011-2019

Start by removing the airbag. Look behind the steering wheel and notice the two holes containing T30 torx screws that you need to unscrew. Unscrew the two torx screws (which will remain inside the steering wheel), and the airbag will be able to come out of its housing. Accessing the back, lift the plastic clips of the connector and disconnect them. Now disconnect the other plug inside the steering wheel, as shown in the video, using a flathead screwdriver to pry it off. Unscrew the central bolt of the steering wheel with a 10 mm hex key. Proceed in reverse order to reassemble the steering wheel.
