How to Locate Fuses and Understand Their Diagrams in a Mercedes A-Class

In a Mercedes-Benz A-Class, the fuses are distributed in three main locations. The first box is located in the engine compartment: open the hood and find a black plastic box near the battery. Remove the cover to access the main fuses and relays. The second is in the cabin, on the driver's side, at the bottom of the dashboard: open the small side panel or under the steering wheel to reach the fuses for internal services (lights, radio, outlets, etc.). The third is in the rear compartment, behind a side cover in the trunk. To know the fuse diagram, always check the back of the cover of each box, where the map with numbering and function is printed, or consult the vehicle's owner's manual, which contains the updated complete diagram.
