To reset the service light in a Mercedes-Benz GLK, insert the key and turn the ignition to position one without starting the engine. Use the controls on the steering wheel to display the total mileage on the screen. Press the call answer button and then the OK button on the steering wheel, holding them down for a few seconds until the service menu appears. Access the 'Assyst Plus' option and select 'Maintenance'. Choose 'Reset maintenance interval' and confirm the operation by following the instructions on the display. Turn off the ignition and restart the vehicle to check that the service light has been correctly reset.
