How to Remove the Exterior Door Handle of a Mercedes A-Class

This guide explains how to remove the exterior door handle of a Mercedes A-Class. Insert a suitable metal key into the slot on the door (remove the screw covers), then use a plastic trim tool to remove the cover of the handle located on the right side. Extract the lock from the door, then pull the handle out from the car's sheet metal. Compare it with the new handle and prepare for installation. Insert the new handle with lock and cover into the door. Test the proper installation and operation by manually activating it.
