Removing Front Bumper on Mercedes SL

Model: Mercedes Sl MK 7, R231 - Years 2011-2021

Lift the hood and insert the prop rod. Using a T25 Torx wrench, remove the first four upper side screws (two on each side). Now, with an 8 mm socket, remove the two screws on each side located behind the headlights, as shown in the video. Next, remove the bolts securing the wheel wells to access the screws that secure the bumper in that area. Raise the vehicle with a jack and remove all the 8 mm screws located under the front bumper, as well as the retaining clips. Finally, remove the two screws on either side of the license plate, and you can take off the bumper.
