In this video tutorial, you will learn how to remove and replace the rear bumper of a Mercedes SL R230. First, remove the screws located on both sides of the fenders and take out the additional screws found underneath the bumper and at the fender height. Next, if the car is equipped, remove the roof along with the convertible top. At this point, unscrew the fastening screws located under the trunk and disconnect the side electrical components, as shown in the video: all that’s left is to remove the bumper by following the video to the end!
