Resetting the Maintenance Service Light

Model: Mercedes Classe C W203 - Years 2000-2007

To reset the SERVICE message on the instrument cluster display, manually press the trip odometer reset button located at the bottom left on the instrument panel. Once the ignition is on, select the service message from the menu on the steering wheel controls, press and hold the trip odometer reset button until the reset confirmation appears: the mileage until the next maintenance will be displayed. It is clear that the reset should be performed after completing the regular maintenance.
